A South Florida native, Ron Eppinger, Jr. began his real estate career in 1995, investing in and developing spec homes and refurbishing residential properties, before signing on to Pinnacle Real Estate as a Sales Associate in 2004. After two years building a loyal client base of domestic and international buyers in the South Florida market, he obtained his Broker’s License and established Bella World Properties. As Principle Partner, Ron expanded beyond the local market, brokering real estate transactions for US buyers in Panama & Costa Rica, including land acquisitions for development, hotel sales, and condo sales. Subsequently, as Owner and Managing Broker of Southern Global Properties, which he began in 2008, Ron reverted his focus to South Florida real estate. Now, as a Broker Associate at Douglas Elliman Florida, he offers clients his diverse expertise over many aspects of the real estate industry.
