The Residences at the Miami Beach Edition has only 26 one of kind units priced aroun $3,500 PSF. Art City and Paula at sunset Harbour are more luxury with pricing starting under $500K. The One Residences located on 23st and Collins will start in the 900 to 1000 PSF sales will start soon.
