To maintain the integrity of the site, we ask that your property be within one mile/1.6 kilometers of a good surf break. If this requirement cannot be met but you believe the property should be listed as a surf destination please contact us for further review.
In order for Surfpostings to keep it's content up to date we ask that you contact us when your property is no longer on the market. After 90 days your listing will automatically expire you may request for additional free 90 days. Surfposting will request a link exchange when possible.
Users understand and agree that Surfpostings (SP) is not a party to any agreements entered into between host and guest, nor is SP a real estate broker or agent unless otherwise contracted under a separate listing agreement outside of SP. SP has no control over the conduct of host, guest and other users of this site, application and services or any accommodations, and disclaims all liability in the regard.
