If you are interested in renting at the Continuum South Tower (l) or Continuum North Tower (ll) you will be required to fill out an application package and need to be approved by the condo association before you can move into the unit. The association will require the following:

• Fully Executed application
• $100 processing fee for each applicant unless husband and wife
• Background check for all applicants
• A copy of the fully executed lease contract
• Refundable moving deposit in the amount of $1,000.00
• $5,000 Common area security deposit
• No lease of a unit shall be made for a period of less than 6 months
