Edgewater is fast becoming one of the most sought out real estate in Miami's eastern corridor. The neighborhood is primarily residential, with many historic early 20th century homes mixed with newer buildings It's now getting urbanized with developments from all sizes included high density high-rises, mixed use mid-rises to boutique buildings with lofts and street level town-homes.

The Location
Edgewater neighborhood is just north of Downtown Miami starting around 17 Street and ends around 37th Street just south of the Upper East side of the MIMO District. To the west in boarders the east coat railway on first avenue and Biscayne Bay to the east. The Miami International Airport is a 10 minute drive and Fort Lauderdale International Airport is only 20 minutes away with out traffic.
Due to its proximity to Downtown and areas such as the Design District, Midtown, Wynwood and Miami Beach it has fast become popular for new residences.
