About Midblock 

Midblock was built in 2007 as a mixed-use building with 173 residential apartments starting on the third floor. Retail shops and offices are located on the second floor. Some of the area's popular restruarants are located on the ground floor, including Sugercane and Mercadito. The architects designed original floor plans, which are larger on average than Midblock's sister buildings, Midtown 2 and Midtown 4.
